Mental Fitness Program

As part of my coaching practice to equip you to speak up in line with your core values and with greater courage, clarity and confidence, I have partnered with Positive Intelligence Inc. to share a 7-week program offered by the CEO and Founder, Shirzad Chamine.

I know that you want to step up your speaking game to ensure that you are speaking up and showing up with intention but can easily feel held back by fear, nerves and anxiety. You hear and listen to the voice of the critic; the voice that says “You’re not good enough” or “your voice does not matter”. It is a voice that diminishes your potential and success in life and stops you from making progress in your life, career, relationships and more. Have you heard this voice lately?

It’s that voice inside all of us that criticizes, complains, whines and tells us we aren’t able. Learning how to manage the voice and shift it from negative to positive can greatly alter how you experience life.

This is why I am excited to bring this work into our coaching journey so you can overcome the negative mindset that seeks to hold you back. I am still on the journey myself so will be walking alongside you as we continue to grow. lifting weights at the gym, we strengthen our mental fitness muscles little by little, day by day.

If you aren’t familiar with Shirzad, he’s the author of the New York Times best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, and a Stanford lecturer. He’s taken his breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data he’s collected from over 500,000 people to create a that helps people rewire their brain for more happiness and success.

Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles versus the negative ones. This measure of your Mental Fitness is called your Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) and is a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology and performance science. Boosting your mental fitness requires building powerful new muscles in your brain, not just insight.

This program, designed like a mental fitness bootcamp, gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice daily by combining weekly video sessions and an exclusive App to assist you with your practice.

The program consists of the following: 

  • 2 powerful self-assessments
  • Positive Intelligence (PQ) App
  • 1-hour weekly videos (watch on weekend or Monday)
  • 1-hour group/individual coaching call
  • 15 minutes/day of Coach Challenge and PQ Reps practice on PQ App
  • 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF and audio versions provided)
  • Access to the Positive Intelligence app to for an entire year.
